The room was filthy upon entry. I found used toilet paper in the closet on the shelf, which was absolutely disgusting. The exterior walkway was littered with cigarettes and trash, making my stay feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

The pull-out sofa mattress needs immediate replacement as it was quite uncomfortable, detracting from an otherwise pleasant experience.
